Stage 4 and 5 civil works are progressing!

We’re excited to bring you the latest updates from Park Lake Adare! The Newlands Group has been diligently working to transform the site. Despite recent wet weather causing some delays to on-site activities, progress is steadily moving forward on Stages 4 and 5.

Stage 4 & 5 Civil Works Progress

In the coming weeks, progress will continue with:

– Continue carting and spreading topsoil across the site.
– Address fixups due to recent rain events.
– SWD works to continue.
– Continue construction of the bio basin, including removal and replacement of upper sand
layer as a result of stormwater and silt ingress.
– Commence asphalt works to roads.
– Install remaining SW chamber risers and grates.
– Shape and trim service pads beside drainage channels.
– Tidy up of Hydrant and Valve heights.
