How to Secure Your Place
This final release will be sold via Registration of Interest only from 9 am Saturday 19 July.
Here’s how to be ready:
Step 1: Review the Stage Plan to familiarise yourself with available lots
Step 2: Select your top 3 preferred lots
Step 3: Submit your EOI and supporting documents from 9am Saturday 19 July 2025 to: peter@parklakeadare.com.au
Step 4: If successful, you’ll be contacted within the next few days to proceed with contract signing and a $5,000 deposit.
To register, you’ll need to provide:
– A copy of your finance pre-approval, or
– Proof of unconditional purchase capacity, or
– A letter from your finance broker
