Stage 4 and 5 civil works are progressing!
We’re excited to bring you the latest updates from Park Lake Adare! The Newlands Group has been diligently working to transform the site. Despite recent wet weather causing some delays to on-site activities, progress is steadily moving forward on Stages 4 and 5.
Completed Works
- Wet weather resulted in site being shut.
- Re-works were attempted.
- Repair subgrade including replacement of water-logged subgrade over shallow rock.
- Subbase installation.
Upcoming Works
- Stage 4 Kerb install.
- Stage 5 Kerb install.
- Continue water main installation.
- Continue electrical installation.
- Commence base course gravel.
