Park Lake Adare was strongly inspired by the natural beauty of the land. With rich fertile soil and pastoral history, the old farmland was mainly used for grazing herds and growing crops. The decision to retain 44 hectares as protected conservation reserves and parklands was always a high priority of planning.
The WildNet Records report has identified several native animals currently calling Park Lake home, including kangaroos, wallabies, koalas, local birdlife, gliders, frogs and others.
